November 7 - 11, 2017 Médialab, Sciences Po, Paris: Activating Museums’ Data for Research, Scholarship, and Public Engagement: PI alongside with Ben Rubin and Professor Vincent Lepinay in a collaborative research project between the Technische University Berlin, the Center for Data Arts at The New School New York and mediaLab at Sciences Po, Paris. The consortium will organize data sprints to engage with the collections data of several significant art institutions in Europe and the US. We will release open source software tools [including VR, AR and visualization technology] enabling scholars, curators, artists, art professionals and an interested public to examine art collections as dynamic ecosystems across geography and over time.
